How to claim goods?

Returning goods

Even though the return rate is very low, it is good to know that you have the same guarantee as in the stone shop. It is in our interest to solve everything as soon as possible, so you don’t need to worry that you will have to wait longer than necessary for the solution (usually everything is handled within a few days).

Guarantee

The rights arising from fault(s) in goods can be applied to goods with a listed usability time during the usability time. We are not responsible for wear and tear from usual usage. For goods sold at lower prices, we are not responsible for faults for which a lower price was negotiated. For used goods, we are not responsible for faults corresponding to wear and tear that the used goods already had at the time of takeover by you.

Limited responsibility for faults arising from the nature of the goods and unsuitable usage

A4S s.r.o. is not responsible for faults caused by the unsuitable choice of goods, inconsiderate handling or mechanical damage caused by a failure to follow the instructions/manual, the use of goods in conflict with the declared purpose, failure to respect appropriate care or failure to report the fault without undue delay. In such cases, the limited responsibility can be invoked if the fault is caused by the buyer.

A claim and its processing

A claim can be put into effect in person or via mail. In order to address the claim, you need to provide proof certifying that you have purchased the goods from A4S s.r.o. (number of the order or proof of payment is enough).

When applying claims, you will always receive confirmation of reception of the claim, which is also true if the claim is resolved on the spot as rejected (for example, for hygienic reasons) and the goods are not handed over.

If the claim is recognized, deliberate transportation costs connected to the claim for the goods will be returned based on a confirmation document of sending the parcel / handover to the transportation provider. The claimed goods sent do not need to be addressed to a specific worker. Do not, in any case, send the claimed good as a cash on delivery parcel.

You will be informed about the entire claim process by automatic e-mails, which will notify you that your claim has been accepted into our system, that is has been resolved or rejected, that it was sent to you or that you can pick it up. Claims unresolved within the 30 day period designated for claim resolution means that A4S s.r.o. has significantly breached the contract. This gives you right to choose between the removal of the fault by the delivery of new goods or missing goods, removal of the fault by repair, an appropriate discount on the price or withdrawal from the contract.

If you fail to provide or refuse to provide your contact information (phone number or e-mail), you must understand that you will need to follow up the resolution of the claim within the designated period and if you fail to do so, you must be responsible for the results caused by your inactivity in this context.
